We're a mobile catering company based in Milton, NH. Our blazing 900°F wood-fired oven produces artisan pizzas in under three minutes, and the live-fire cooking show becomes an event in itself.

How It Works

1. Tell Us About Your Event

Fill out our event request form with your date, location, and guest count. We'll follow up within 24 hours with availability and a custom quote.

2. We Build Your Menu

We create a menu around your group's tastes and dietary needs. Pizza is always the star, but we can add salads, sides, charcuterie boards, and dessert options.

3. We Show Up and Handle Everything

Our team arrives early to set up, cooks live throughout your event, and handles cleanup when we're done. You focus on your guests — we focus on the food.

Setup Requirements

Our setup is simple. We need:

A flat, dry space of roughly 15x30 feet
Access for a truck and trailer
No electricity or plumbing required — we are completely self-contained

We can set up in parking lots, driveways, and most outdoor event spaces.

Guest Capacity

Our all-you-can-eat pizza buffet comfortably serves groups up to 100 guests. For larger corporate events or festivals, we work great as a specialty food station or alongside other food options. Contact us to discuss large-scale event logistics.
